Baseball Practice Schedule

                                                                     

 

1)    Stretch and Agilities:  15-20 mins

 

2)    Baserunning: 15 mins Work 1 base per practice starting with home plate running towards 1st base and then ending with 3rd base!

    

3)    Throwing: 10 mins minimum to at least 90ft

 

4)  Infield practice 20 mins Ground balls, pop-ups, throwing to 1st and double plays

 

5)    Outfield practice 20 mins Pop-ups, ground balls, throwing to bases

    

6)    Team Drills 20 mins Bunt coverages, first and third offense/defense, competition games, etc..

  

     7)  Team Conditioning 20 mins Sprints, foul poles, etc…

 

Pitchers and catchers can do there work either before or after practice!
